Really good Stay Near Buckingham Palace

sophisticated decor spacious residence easy walks

The hotel featured a sophisticated decor. The Horsbrugh Residence was spacious. It included luxurious touches . The location allowed easy walks to many places on my itinerary.

The in-room dining menu had a limited selection. The burger I ordered was disappointing.

electronic features friendly staff romantic gesture

The room had amazing electronic features for lights and bathroom floor warming. This impressed me. The staff was friendly! A lady from reception even welcomed me before i stepped out of the car. My belongings were delivered upstairs upon arrival and back to reception when I left, a romantic gesture.

The room was very small and the price i paid does not reflect that.

spacious feel modern bathroom easy access faulty power points unplugged phone wall charger

the beautiful double room had a spacious feel to it. the bathroom had modern features and underfloor heating! it. the location allowed easy access to many attractions by foot.

the power points beside the bed did not work correctly, a side panel was coming off the wall! i had to push it to charge my phone. the phone in the room was not plugged into the wall charger properly. i had to use the speaker, or it would die.

a decent stay overall

comfortable bed convenient location condescending staff blocked sink

the bed and pillows were comfortable i slept well each night the room included a television that doubled as a mirror this was a neat feature. i also appreciated that the location was within a five minute walk of a tube stop this made getting around easy.

i found the staff to be pleasant but a little condescending someone asked if it was my first time in the city i have stayed here before. also the in room dining was not good the taste and quality were lacking the toilet sink was constantly blocked.

General Manager Nicolas Monaglio demonstrated wonderful hospitality. I extend special thanks to Ali at reception. Ali greeted us each day with a genuine smile and a helpful attitude. The staff's attentiveness enhanced our stay. They were very accommodating. We enjoyed our stay in the Horsbrugh Residence. It was a luxurious and spacious suite.

There was practically no available table space to accommodate our belongings or room service food. This was a slight inconvenience.

My 'beautiful double room' felt cramped. There wasn't enough space to comfortably move around. The small window barely let in any light though.
